Last day to place phone & web orders: May 9
Mail orders postmarked date: May 2
Date orders arrive at facilities:
-Orders received before May 1 will be picked up in the first batch of orders sent to the warehouse.  Delivery to the facilities will remain the same as the order form states May 20-31.
-Orders received between May 1 – May 9 will be picked up in the 2nd batch of orders sent to the warehouse.  Delivery to the facilities for the 2nd batch will be June 2-13
